We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to access the lake via neighboring properties or contact the neighbors for entry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other things to note If you are booking via Airbnb - We can accommodate more than 12 guests - up to 16 - for an additional charge. Accommodations will be provided based on your guest count. Kindly be aware that reservations require the primary booker to be a minimum of 26 years old. PET OWNERS PLEASE READ - Your furry friends under 45 pounds are more than welcome for a fee of $100 per dog per night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Oleksandr's home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The setting was so quiet, tranquil, and relaxing—exactly what our family needed during my son's wedding weekend. Having a peaceful place to return to after the excitement and stress of wedding preparations made all the difference. Oleksandr was an exceptional host. He was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. After we checked out, I thought I had accidentally left my wallet at the house. He responded immediately and went out of his way to help look for it. Although we later discovered that a family member had accidentally packed it, I was so grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. He also found a dress that I had accidentally left behind and generously offered to ship it back to me. That level of honesty, thoughtfulness, and hospitality is rare and very much appreciated. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful home with beautiful lake views and a host who truly goes above and beyond for his guests, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again!
